Back to School

Summer went by so quickly and school is back in full swing. I love having a schedule again.

Ty started third grade this year.

McKinlee is in Kindergarten.

We had to get Shadow in the picture too.

Happy Birthday Ty

Ty celebrated his ninth birthday last month. He was so excited for his birthday.

He had a "Brave" cake this year and did the decorating himself. It turned out so good.

He blew out all of the candles.

He got lots of fun presents and clothes. It's great his birthday is right before school starts.

We also had a bowling party with his friends, it was really fun. Happy Birthday Ty!

Broken Arm

McKinlee broke her arm this summer and of course, it was her right arm. She fell off the horse while we were camping. She spent a (long) week in a splint and then got her cast on.

She got a monkey from Grandma that also had a broken arm. She thought that was so neat. After a week in the sling, she was ready for the cast

She picked pink of course.

We all signed her cast.

We had to get a new cast after a week, because the pink was cutting into her thumb. I was surprised that she chose blue this time.
