Here are some pictures from our camping trip. We had a fun time this year. We went earlier in the year this year and it was pretty warm. Last year we got rained (poured) on everyday, this year it only rained one morning on us.

Stampede

Saturday we went to the Ute Stampede in Nephi. It was the 75th anniversary of the Stampede. The rodeo was really good. We had a fun time and the weather held out. We only got a sprinkle of rain that lasted less than a minute. Brenda and Melinda came and went with us. Everyone had a good time.

Ty started taking pictures with the camera, I thought this was a really cute one he took of himself. We ended up with lots of pictures of the people in front of us (rear ends, backs of heads, etc.)

Like Father Like Son

Ty loves to go shooting with his dad. Sometimes he will wake up in the morning and tell me that they are going shooting today. It's usually a day that Darren is working and I ask Ty if Dad knows that they are going and he tells me he does. When Darren gets home, he usually will take him, since it involves guns. They have a great time together. Sometimes they take the camera and take pictures, these are from some different times.

Slip 'n' Slidin' Puppy

Ty decided that Shadow wanted to do the slip & slide with him. He was a pretty good participant, since he likes the water. It was funny to watch him drag the dog down the slip & slide.

Fun with Friends

We invited Morgan & Lily over to play in the new pool last week. Ty calls these two his buddies, he always has a good time playing with them. McKinlee was napping when they came to play in the pool. She has never seen the cartoon "Dora", but everytime she sees her she calls her "Lily". McKinlee has a Dora doll, a shirt and pillowcase, she calls all of them Lily since she thinks she looks like Dora.

4th of July

The 4th of July was spent with our family. We had a nice lunch at Grandma & Grandpa's house. After lunch, the kids played in the pool in the backyard. They had lots of fun. Later that evening, we did some fireworks with my mom, dad, Brenda & Melinda. It was a fun filled day.
