Happy St. Patrick's Day

We made shamrock cupcakes for St. Patricks Day. I saw this idea on the Family Fun website and thought it looked easy enough for us not to mess up. We rolled up balls of aluminum foil and put them on the sides of the cupcake papers to make the shamrock. And of course, we had to color the cake mix and the frosting green. It was fun celebrating our Irish Heritage.

The frosting is always their favorite part.

McKinlee ate more cupcakes than she sprinkled.

Ty loves to decorate the cupcakes. He is wearing his "camo hair" in this picture. He has been on a kick lately and has been wearing pajama pants on his head as hair. He has some purple pants of McKinlee's that are his gypsy hair. He has quite the imagination.

The Gateway Fountain

We parked at the Gateway for Disney on Ice and after the show they had the fountain on. Of course, Ty had to get in it. It was pretty warm that afternoon, but it was technically still winter. When we first got there, the other kids were mostly touching the water in the fountain from the sidelines. They soon followed Ty's lead and were running through the fountain with him. It was pretty funny. He was soaked when we left.

Disney on Ice

We went to Disney on Ice last Sunday. It was really fun. Ty has been anticipating it for so long, he was so excited. They had four different movies that they skated to and put on a really cute show. Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy and Goofy introduced each show.

The Little Mermaid

Lilo & Stitch

McKinlee was covered in her snow cone by the end of the show.
