We were invited to Jessica's on the last Saturday in July for Jessie's baptism. While we were there, we decided that we would drive to the Mountain Meadows Massacre site. It's a really neat place. There are two monuments at the different sites. The Loomis' came with us since they didn't have any other plans that evening.
This is the monument on top of the hill that overlooks the massacre site.
Poor Megan didn't have any other shoes to wear.
We saw several lizards and snakes along the way. Ty really wanted to catch one.
This is the other monument at the burial site.
Ty had to try on Megan's shoes.
These guys are trying to see if they can catch the water snake that they saw.
That night the kids swam at the hotel. (McKinlee loves crossing her eyes.)
and the next day they had fun playing in the park with Nicole and Megan.
