Kids Day

Today was kids day at kindergarten. Mrs. Day has fun activities for the kids to do on this day and some of the mothers come and help with the projects. I went and helped today, it was fun to see Ty in his classroom. Today they made witches and got to parade through all the classrooms in the school with them.

Student of the Day

Ty was student of the day at school on Wednesday. He was so excited he to tell me when he came out of the school. He got a whistle from his teacher and a certificate for "good listening". Good job Ty!

Homework

Ty brought home homework for the 1st time yesterday. I thought these pictures of him doing his homework with his big diamond ring on were really cute. I'm pretty sure I never had homework in Kindergarten, it has changed a bit since then.

1st Day of School

Ty started Kindergarten on Thursday. He was really excited to start real school with all of his friends from preschool. He looks so grown up.

All the kids lined up to head to their new classroom.

He came home with these glasses, all the kids got a prize on the first day.
